8 tips to overcome loneliness

*Work on your body.  Go to the gym, ride your bike, take a stroll through the park on roller blades or find an active activity that will give you a great work out.

*Write.  Write down your thoughts, your dreams your feelings, write a song, write a poem this is therapy for your emotions and a great way to gather your thoughts.

*Cook a meal from scratch.  When was the last time you did that? Invite a friend over to enjoy it with you.

*Invest in a camera and drive to a side of town you’ve never explored and find beautiful scenes that grab your attention and take pictures.  You’ll go into a zone.

*Find out what the councilmen are doing in your city and attend a town hall meeting about changes going on in your area.  Not only will you meet people that are in your community you will be come more aware of what’s going on in your city.

*find out the latest list of top 10 New York Best Sellers books and pick one of interest to yourself and read it. If it empowered or enlightened you, write down ways to apply what you’ve learned to your life.

*Watch a game show and play along and see how many points YOU get and imagine if you were on the show how much You’d win.

*Plan a date with your busiest friend at a coffee shop and let them just talk….and you just listen to them. At the end of their spill, encourage them and tell them how proud you are of them.  This gives them an opportunity to unwind and be refilled in an instant and you have been a blessing to them by allowing them to talk.
