It may be hard to hear, but you can’t make people who don’t believe in you, wrong. Face it. No one HAS to believe in your potential. It would be nice, but you can’t get angry or resentful if they don’t. Only a select few will invest in your potential. The rest need to see results. If turns out that you are as effective as you believe you are, you’ll give them the results they need to see. Again, people don’t HAVE to believe in your potential. YOU do. Keep grinding until your potential becomes a reality that ‘they’ can invest in. Put your energy into what you CAN control instead of against those who you can’t.
