Learn to speak up for yourself and say what you really want. Sometimes silence is interpreted as approval or acceptance . It’s amazing how big an issue can be in your mind and how small your words are about it. Don’t let something small become unnecessarily big because you just didn’t say anything. Your words hold the power of life and death. Use them to give life to what you want or bring an end to what you don’t.
