Channel 2 Action News has obtained a surveillance video that shows the June 2010 break-in at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church that preceded the sexual misconduct lawsuit against Bishop Eddie Long.

As we previously reported, burglary charges were dropped against former church security guard Anthony Boyd, who told Channel 2 that the video proved he was not involved.

Boyd and Maurice Robinson were arrested in June 2010 and charged with burglary.

Robinson accepted a deal to enter a pre-trial diversion program in exchange for having the charges dismissed. Boyd chose to fight the charges.

Robinson and three other men later settled a sexual misconduct lawsuit against Long for an undisclosed sum. Boyd was not involved in the lawsuit.
