Let’s be emphatically clear… GOD is in control. Not your boss on your job, not politicians, the legal system, or any human in general. If God wants it to happen, no ailment, tragedy, disaster or disapproval can stop it. The same goes for if He DOESN’T want it to happen. Take back the power you have given to anyone or anything that makes you doubt that God is in control. If you can’t sleep at night, then you haven’t fully done it yet. The heart of the king is in God’s hand (Proverbs 21:1). Even elements like the wind and the ocean obeys what HE says (Matthew 8:27). Trust God with this situation. Tell your nerves to relax. However this thing turns out, know that you couldn’t be in better hands. Go to sleep tonight. God really IS in control.
Psalms 4:8 – When I lie down, I go to sleep in peace; you alone, O Lord, keep me perfectly safe.
