Crystal Cathedral:End Of An Era,The Schullers Lose BIG!

Judge Robert Kwan in Los Angeles ruled that Rev. Robert H. Schuller, his wife, daughter and son-in-law did not provide evidence to back most of their claims.

Schuller and his wife, Arvella, filed a number of claims, including a $5 million claim for breach of contract and another for an unspecified amount for copyright infringements.

Kwan rejected most of the claims and instead awarded $615,625 to Schuller and nothing to his wife.

The Settlement Details are as follows:The judge allowed the Rev. Robert H. Schuller $615,625, but granted nothing to his wife.

Here’s the breakdown:

•$118,993 for one year of housing allowance;

•$20,066 for one year of health insurance premiums;

•$198,262 for one year of compensation;

•$55,226 for unpaid housing allowance owed prior to the cathedral’s bankruptcy;
