When a transgendered man tried to use the ladies’ dressing room in a Texas Macy’s, employee Natalie Johnson stopped him and said, “You’re a man”.
And although Macy’s has a store policy that lets transgendered people choose which dressing room they want to go in, Natalie said she wasn’t aware of the policy. She told her store manager that she was a devout Christian, and her religion prevents her from recognizing transgendered people. However, she was fired.
