LaVar Ball comment from ESPN’s “First Take” has landed him in the hot seat. ESPN reports that after one of the host Molly Qerim said, “LaVar, can I switch gears with you, because I have a question here.” Ball responded with, “You can switch gears with me anytime.”
The debate whether this comment was inappropriate or not has swept over social media but ESPN is not standing for it.
“LaVar Ball’s comment to Molly Qerim Rose was completely inappropriate and we made him aware of that,” ESPN said.
ESPN spokesperson was asked about the future of Ball returning on air and he responded, “we have no plans moving forward.”
