Voters will soon decide whether to amend Georgia’s constitution to allow the Governor to create a state-wide district and control failing schools. This is a critical decision and to help citizens make an informed choice, Radio One Atlanta will host a one hour discussion on the topic. Amendment 1 supporter, Representative Valencia Stovall and opponent, Senator Vincent Fort are the featured guests.
