INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Nutella
Powdered Sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Add flour and eggs to a large bowl and whisk. Slowly add milk and water and combine thoroughly. Add salt and butter and combine until you have a smooth mixture. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray. Using about 1/4 cup for each crepe pour into the pan and swirl until it covers the bottom of the pan (not up the sides). After approximately 2 minutes check to make sure the bottom is lightly browned before loosening the edges and gently flipping with a spatula. Remove and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. After slightly cooled spread desired amount of Nutella on crepe and roll. Cut in 1/2 at an angle and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired before serving. Best eaten warm or at room temperature.
