When was the last time you were lonely? Loneliness can be fruitful. Loneliness is God’s gift that drives us into relationships and enlarges our hearts to love. It is also in those moments of ‘ lonesomeness’ that we discover who we are. We listen to that inner voice.
Everyone experiences loneliness at some time. It’s a common denominator in life. It’s also something no one likes to feel, so our natural response is to run from it, avoid it or deny it by filling our lives with a million distractions. It is is in those moments that God makes himself present if we only listen.

If you are lonely today, I hope you are encouraged. Remember that God can use your emotional pain to complete you. He has not forgotten you.
Scripture says Deuteronomy 31:6 :
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
