There is a good chance that some time in your life you felt your back is against the wall. You know a bill is overdue and you don’t have the money to cover it, The bank says they have to foreclose on your home and you don’t have anywhere to go or you get laid off from your job.  Whatever it was, the odds are you know the feeling I’m talking about.

Once you acknowledge that your back is against the wall, you have to then believe that Tough times don’t last, but tough people do? This is one of my favorite quotes which has gotten me through many challenging days. The days when I didn’t think I had what I needed to move forward or felt like I was constantly failing and didn’t know how I would turn it around.  The thing that kept me focus and in the race was the reality that tough times don’t last, but tough people do.

The truth is before I came to this reality I would find myself stuck in a state of paralysis because I was so focused on the tough time itself rather than getting past it.  I couldn’t see the ultimate because I was too focused on the immediate which was dismal to say the least.  Once you stop running or ignoring the possibilities that reside on the other side of your challenges and tough times you’ll learn the benefits of the PUSH.

Ok, to make this work you have to say it with authority, mean it, believe it and step out on full faith that your P.U.S.H. will help you see past the now.

Process the Pain

Ask yourself two questions…What is the worst thing that can happen? What can I do now to stop focusing on it? Accepting where you are but knowing that you have to move past it in spite of the pain your feeling is crucial to your journey.

Understanding principles provides the power

Failure: is a necessary part of success. Every great success is almost always preceded by a great failure. It’s more important that you learn from your failure(s) and harness the lesson(s) so you can achieve your next success. Stop thinking about what you should of could have done and do what you can, which is anything you set your mind to.

Abundance: There are unlimited wealth and unlimited opportunities for everyone. So don’t worry about whether you can succeed in something and focus on how to succeed in it.

Beliefs: If you want to have the best life experience you can ever have, switch out your disempowering beliefs with empowering ones.

Share with someone you trust

There maybe someone close to you that can help you financially or emotionally, but you won’t know until you ask.  Talking out our issues is a great way to get them out of our own heads. Don’t spend too much time thinking about the situation when action is required.

Harness the Power Within

Impossible situations should be faced with peace instead of panic. Going through a difficult time has a unique chance to demonstrate strength and perseverance that will help you on the next phase. The person who is faithful in tough times speaks so much more effectively.  You must realize that you have an undeniable power within that comes when you are connected to the true power source.
