You posses something that EVERYONE desires and if you give it to them, chances are you’ll be able to get the most out of them. It’s called PRAISE. A genuine, heart felt compliment goes a long way. I’m not talking about flattery here! I mean a compliment of praise along with specific references to what you are talking about will cause even an enemy to reconsider their posture towards you. Begin any request or reprimand with praise FIRST and watch the difference it makes!
Proverbs 27:21, “As the fining pot for silver, and the furnace for gold; so is a man to his praise.”
The Bible here says that praise is like the refining pot. That means, through the powerful tool of praise, the good qualities of a person can be brought out, strengthened and developed.
