We are Watching God reveal Himself and His Grace through the life of Tasha Cobbs. It is amazing to watch God unfold and reveal His glory through her ministry. In 2006 with the blessing of her Father the Late Bishop Fritz Cobbs, Tasha trekked to Atlanta Georgia to serve under the covering of Bishop William Murphy for nearly 8 years. Bishop William Murphy Says “Eight years ago we planted the dReam Center Church of Atlanta and although the opening service was jam packed with over 300 potential partners in attendance, only ONE person joined that day. Little did we know that Natasha Cobbs, the ONE joiner, would soon become whom the world has come to know and love as “Tashaaaaaa!” She served our church full time for 7 years, submitted her life, and entrusted her ministry to me as a Father, to be taught and trained and the rest is HIStory…still in the making! Both Pastor Danielle and I , along with the entire dReam Center Family celebrate the faithfulness of our God through our daughter Tasha Cobbs. This Dove, Stellar, and now Grammy Award winner remains a submitted and committed daughter, and continues to serve as one of the Pastors of the dReam Center. We are beyond grateful for grace.”

On June 14th 2012 she did her Live Recording produced by renowned Gospel Artist Vashawn Mitchell in Montgomery Alabama at the Northview Christian Church where Hart Ramsey is the Senior Pastor.

She then signed a Record deal with EMI Gospel who released her single” Break Every Chain” in late 2012. Her powerful sound has sent riveting waves through ministries across the world as she shatters every atmosphere with “That Sound” of glory from the heavens Pronouncing “the Chains are Broken” and causing listeners throughout nations to declare that “I hear the chains falling”..

This International Anthem “Break Every Chain” written by William Reagan Has earned Tasha Cobbs 5 Dove Awards, 3 Stellar Awards, and 1 Grammy Award and will forever be recorded in Gospel Music History.

The Stellar Awards happened on Saturday Evening January 18th 2014 at the Nashville Auditorium where Tasha Cobbs not only received 3 Stellars, but she gave a performance that caused the room to quake. Attending the Stellars with her were both of her Parents Bishop Fritz Cobbs and Her Mother Mrs. Bertha Cobbs.

Tragedy Struck the following day January 19th 2014 as her Father Bishop Cobbs life transitioned into eternal rest. After burying her father in Jesup Georgia on Friday January 24th 2014, Tasha Cobbs pressed her way to the Grammy’s in Los Angeles California and accepted her first Grammy for Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance and she dedicated the Grammy to her Father. I asked Tasha Cobbs How she could sum up life at this moment. She said, “When I chose to title my album GRACE, I had no clue that I would literally walk it out in this magnitude. It has been a roller coaster of a week but even with a broken heart, God’s Grace on my life is undeniable. My heart is filled with THANKSGIVING!”
