Some things simply take time. It’s a process. We want everything NOW because have become accustomed to this microwave age. When things don’t happen as fast as we think they should, many of us tend to bail out on the process. Yes, some things can happen immediately, but most don’t. Even God took 6 days to create the world. You don’t think He could have done it in ONE? Embrace the process. Some of the best foods are the ones that are marinated and slow cooked. Perhaps God is helping you develop good habits, a stronger prayer life and longer endurance as you marinate in His presence while in the process. It may feel like nothing is happening while you wait, but it is. Just know that YOU will get better before THINGS get better. Don’t give up on the process.
Isaiah 40:31 – But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
