A little HBCU and football love! Former NFL quarterback Michael Vick’s first season as Norfolk State University‘s head football coach has been captured for an upcoming docuseries. BET announced that The Coach Vick Experience will premiere Wednesday, Feb. 4^th on BET. The docuseries follows the Newport News, VA native as he navigates his first year as a head football coach.

Having no specific coaching experience, Norfolk State took a chance when hiring him. Michael Vick had an unforgettable NFL career as a star quarterback with the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles. As a Hampton University alum, we had a lil rivalry with Norfolk State… but understand, this is allll HBCU love!
