The mission of Quest 35, Inc. is to develop and implement affordable-supportive housing programs that service the special need homeless and/or low to mixed income populations. Our core supportive services are case management, educational training, vocational training, community resources linkage (SA/MH services) and financial management payee services. Quest 35, Inc. is designated as a state and city CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization) which offers set aside funding to develop in under served areas. We have received funding from Atlanta Development Authority, City of Atlanta, State of GA, Department of Human Resources, HUD, and United Way of Metro Atlanta.
Our housing programs and supportive services are targeted toward the chronically homeless population of men and women with a history of mental illness or substance addiction. Our populations are mainly from metro Atlanta. Our residents are assessed, placed with a case manager, offer group counseling, community referrals and workforce development training. We have a 3 Phase housing system: Short term 90-days, mid term 180-days and long term permanent housing.
Our organizational goal is to complete the Rock Street Revitalization Project in Vine City which will be offering an additional 37 units of supportive housing. Also to create a self sustaining housing model that can be duplicated in other communities.
