1/2 cup of shredded jack cheese
2 teaspoons of green onions, chopped

3 cups of chicken stock
3 cups of beef broth
2 tablespoons of dried chili powder
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 can of your favorite beans, drained and rinsed
