4 russet potatoes (slice into wedges)

Olive oil (to coat)

1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp salt

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, cover large cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray
  2. In a large boil drizzle olive oil on potatoes to coat
  3. Pour Italian seasoning in palm of hand and rub between hands to make a powder – add to potatoes followed by garlic powder, salt and parmesan cheese
  4. Place potatoes in pan in a single layer with the skin side down.  Bake 30-35 minutes until they are fork tender and golden brown
