Everyone needs to schedule random breaks. What you are involved with that’s causing you the headaches may not be the problem. Maybe you’ve just been doing it too long without a break. That’s not healthy for anyone or anything. Marriages, jobs, or projects ALL require scheduled breaks to ensure maximum productivity. Not saying you don’t need to quit, maybe you do, but don’t QUIT without taking a break FIRST. Reset, THEN re-evaluate. I mean really… even GOD took a break on the 7th day! (Gen 2:2)
