Honest moment here: Sometimes I find myself getting lost in blessing, helping, building, assisting and encouraging people, that I mistake that for ‘doing my part’ to please God. Truth is, it’s easy to get caught up in the necessity of my service and my knowledge of the word that I lose touch with the God OF the word. Real talk. Despite how well we bless people, it can not be sustained or remain effective without deep, pure, consistent and personal time with God. If this is you as well, never take for granted the fact that God enjoys His time with you and He wants it back.
Rev 2:4 – But this is what I have against you: you do not love me now as you did at first.
