Twenty-five years ago, Oprah Winfrey opened the doors to Harpo Studios in Chicago, which became home to her nationally syndicated talk show. Ever since its inception, the studio has become a staple in the city; helping to redefine Chicago as a major media hub. Now, the facility where some of the most heartfelt and intense conversations on her show took place will close its doors. According to reports, Winfrey will close Harpo Studios in December. Banned from seeing Bobbi Kristina, her husband Nick Gordon is using social media to air out his feelings about the situation. Last night, on the eve of her March 4th birthday, Gordon took to Twitter and wrote this:

Ray Rice’s Wrongful Termination Suit Settled for $1.5M

Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has won a wrongful termination lawsuit after the NFL tried to suspend him following the circulation of a video of Rice abusing his wife. Rice wanted back pay from his $3.529 million base salary. According to reports, the NFL and Rice wound up settling for $1.588 million. Read more.
