Invest in YOU! How is it that everyone around you seems to be happier than you? Perhaps it’s because you invest in others more than you invest in yourself. Spouse, children, family and friends all are the better because of you, but you are left unsatisfied. You can not expect a return on what you have not invested in. You are important too. You want to be happy? Put yourself on your list of priorities. We teach people how to relate to us. Show them that your ME time just as vital as your THEM time. You are not bad, wrong or selfish for having scheduled and consistent times that are SPECIFICALLY and EXCLUSIVELY for YOU.
