Video of Reese Witherspoon’s April 19 arrest in Buckhead on a disorderly conduct charge has finally surfaced. The video was captured by an Atlanta police dash cam during the DUI traffic stop of Witherspoon’s husband, Jim Toth.

Witherspoon has since apologized for her behavior in the video, saying she is extremely embarrassed. In the clip, the Academy Award-winning actress can be seen angrily asking the arresting officer, “Do you know my name?” When the officer responds that he doesn’t need to know her name yet, Witherspoon shoots back: “You’re about to find out who I am.”

Witherspoon, 37, spoke with “Good Morning America” recently and explained to George Stephanopoulos it was “one of those nights.”

“We went out to dinner in Atlanta, and we had one too many glasses of wine, and we thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not,” she said. “It’s completely unacceptable, and we are so sorry and embarrassed. We know better and we shouldn’t have done that.”

As for her comments to the arresting officer, Witherspoon said she has no idea what she was thinking.

“I have no idea what I was saying … I saw him arresting my husband, and I literally panicked,” she said. “I said all kinds of crazy things. I told him I was pregnant, [and] I’m  not pregnant … I had no idea what I was talking about. I’m so sorry, I was so disrespectful to him. I have police officers in my family, I work with police officers everyday, I know better. It’s just unacceptable.”
