Quick and Easy Jambalaya

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
• 1 package Spanish Rice
• about 3-4 chicken breast-
• 1/2 pound of sausage
• 1 can of tomatoes –
• crushed red pepper (optional)
Cook the chicken breast and sausage till done:
Cook rice- in large skillet; add the water, tomatoes, season with your favorite jambalaya seasonings,, cooked chicken, cooked sausage and cook for about 15 -20 minutes.
