Gas prices are slowly dropping after spiking during the Hurricanes.  Hurricane Harvey slammed into Texas forcing the refineries to close and evacuees of Hurricane Irma added to that demand after they swamped gas stations trying to run from the storm.  Before the hurricanes a gallon of gas cost about $2.20.  Experts say that it will probably be the end of October before we see those prices again.
