In a recent Instagram post, mother Oprah shared she is officially a CBS employee. Oprah will be the newest contributor added to the 60 Minutes roster that is about to celebrate its 50th anniversary!!
Oprah’s first segment will be hitting the hard news where she will tackle political divisions in the country in a panel like atmosphere. Now you know, Oprah is very open about her political views so people question whether this will be a problem. She even admitted that the reason for her being on 60 Minutes was because of the election of President Donald Trump. Network executives believe that their viewers are very fair-minded regardless of the political choices. We’ll have to see. We’re just happy to see her on TV.
