Men lie. Women lie. Time tells the truth. Want people to believe you? Want them to trust you? Withstand the test of time and you won’t have to do much more convincing. This is a simple principle, yet so many people try desperately to circumvent it. Trust is earned OVER TIME. You can do trustworthy things, but you won’t TRULY be rewarded someone’s trust overnight. It takes time. If you can’t endure that process, then I guess you’re confirming my gut feeling as to why I’m not comfortable giving you my trust.
