1 Cup of Chicken Chili (Recipe Follows)
1/2 cup of shredded jack cheese
2 teaspoons of green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons of cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste

2 Pasilla dried chilies, reconstituted in hot water and the liquid
1 jalapeno chili, minced
1 can of crushed tomatoes
3 cups of chicken stock
3 cups of beef broth
2 tablespoons of dried chili powder
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 can of your favorite beans, drained and rinsed
