The past is a great teacher, but be careful not to learn the wrong thing. Sometimes negative experiences can alter our expectations and we’re afraid to trust God because the past was such a disappointment. However God has promised to meet our need not according to what happened ‘last time’, but according to His riches in glory.
Philippians 4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
