It’s so hard for a person to respect and value your growth when they knew you since you were little. Not talking about size, but value, clout and worth. That’s why you have to leave people who refuse to value the ‘big’ in you if you have any hope of reaching your potential. Can’t be an eagle to people who only see you as a chicken.
