–   ¾ pound shrimps (peeled and deveined)

–   2 avocados

–   6 corn tortillas

–   1 ½ cup grated medium cheddar cheese

–   ½ cup cilantro (chopped)

–   juice from ½ – 1 lime

–   2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

–   cooking spray or vegetable oil

Dry rub for the shrimps:

–       2 teaspoons smoked paprika

–       1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin

–       ¾ teaspoon garlic powder

–       ½ teaspoon chili powder

–       salt and pepper to taste
