Do you know what it takes to lose 60 lbs in a year? I don’t just mean changing your diet and exercising more. I’m asking, do you know what it REALLY means? It means you have to lose 5lbs a month or 1.25lbs a week for an entire year. Sounds simple, huh? The challenge is most people want it gone NOW and are not willing to invest a year in making it happen. Then 3 years later they’re still complaining about those SAME lbs wishing they were gone. If only they had simply STARTED 3 years ago, today they would be celebrating their 2 year anniversary of being 60lbs lighter. Here’s my point: A goal is only a goal if it’s written down and broken down into small executable parts. Anything less is not a goal… it’s a wish. Maybe it’s time to stop WISHING and start WRITING?
