Transitory adj. 1. Not lasting, enduring, permanent, or eternal. 2.Lasting only a short time; brief; short-lived; temporary.
“They met in a transitory stage in his career, therefore she wasn’t fully aware of the demand on his time.”
Instead of using temporary, use transitory.
