KKK Forms Neighborhood Watch Group In Pennsylvania

In response to a string of recent break-ins, the Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan has given a local Pennsylvania chapter the go-ahead to form a neighborhood watch group. “You can sleep tonight knowing the Klan is awake!” read fliers promoting the neighborhood watch group in Fairview Township. The Keke Palmer Project is the current name of the network’s newest daily talk show aimed at the millennial generation – and with Palmer at the helm, the 20-year-old actress/singer is poised to become the youngest talk show host in TV history. Racist Easter Eggs Left On Lawn Outrage Parents

Parents in Henrico County, Va., were outraged Easter Sunday when they discovered Easter eggs with racist messages had been left on neighborhood lawns. Jackie Smith said she and her husband, Brandon, were doing a traditional egg hunt in their front yard when they found an egg slightly different from the ones they hid for their 3-year-old son. “My husband noticed the last Easter egg and i knew it wasn’t one that put out. We opened it and it’s got the white supremacist stuff in it,” she told WRIC-TV. Read more.

Black Excellence: DC Area Triplets Debate Over Which Ivy League School To Attend

Triplets Malik, Ahmad and Khalil Jones are seniors are Georgetown Day School in Washington, D.C. and have a major decision to make within the next couple of weeks. The student athletes, who all have a 3.7 GPA, need to decide which Ivy school to attend. Right now it’s a toss up between Columbia University or the University of Pennsylvania. Read more.

Beginning April 30, NAN will start a recruiting drive urging people to volunteer a day, a week, three weeks, or however long they can to address voter suppression. Folks can log onto [their] website — NationalActionNetwork.net — and sign up to volunteer to go to one of the following eight states: Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Virginia and Louisiana.
