It’s hard to achieve greatness when you’re just fine with ‘good’. Author Jim Collins said, GOOD is actually the enemy of GREAT. Your true effectiveness is attached to what you are great at. It’s difficult to be great at one thing when the majority of your energy is spent on being good at many things. To discover your greatness you’ll have to first discover your purpose, because they go hand in hand. Once you discover your purpose, practice it until you become great. World renowned author and speaker Dr Cindy Trimm suggests that anything you practice for an hour every day, you’ll be great at within 3 years. Find time to feed and nurture your purpose because therein lies the keys to your greatness.
