Work to erase the saying ‘I don’t have time’ from your vocabulary. A day consists of 24 hours and is filled with you doing what YOU make a priority to do. You may not WANT to do something or may not have placed it high on your ‘to do list’, but you HAVE time. The more appropriate thing to say is, ‘I choose not to spend my time on THAT’. Whether it’s spending more time with your spouse, attending church, or being a more present parent to children you have outside your home, you are not time poor. You just have to create a schedule that includes what you SAY is a priority and stick to your schedule. Keep it real with yourself.. You KNOW you will allow time for what you REALLY want to do.

Ephesians 5:15-16 – Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
