National Black History Museum Gets $5 Million Dollar Gift

National Black History Museum Gets $5 Million Dollar Gift

The Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of African-American History and Culture recently received a $5 million donation from Walmart bringing the museum a step closer to being completed.

Construction for the museum is scheduled to begin next year and a planned grand opening is set for 2015.
