Fantasia Barrino just dodged a huge financial bullet.
The judge presiding over her boyfriend’s divorce case ruled Antwaun Cook was separated from his wife before he and Fantasia started dating, so his wife can not sue Fantasia using North Carolina’s ‘Alienation of Affection’ law. According to radaronline.com, the court found the pair’s separation date was September 14, 2009 — not June, 2010, as Paula Cook had claimed.
Fanny took the stand in the case and admitted to having an abortion with Antwaun’s child.
