A SWAT team had to be called in Wednesday night to quell a riot that broke out at the DeKalb Regional Youth Detention Center, reports the AJC. com. The county police SWAT team showed up at the south DeKalb facility at around 10:15 pm and was inside for about 45 minutes before restoring order.
