Internal conversations become external realities. Let’s face it, everyone can’t handle your truth, but someone can. Find someone you can tell the WHOLE truth to. Stagnant water stinks. You HAVE to let your thoughts flow. Holding all that in is not the answer. What you are struggling with WILL come out eventually. How about YOU determine how it makes its’ debut.
