Having a stress free life means having the courage to relieve/release the tension causing the stress. Take the rose tree for example. Roses bloom best when there is a pruning season. What belongs in your life in one season may cause more harm than good in another. Ask God to give you discernment to make the necessary cuts now so that you can blossom the way you were meant to later. Be strong… God is with you.
