It is possible that it could WALK like a duck and QUACK like a duck, but really be a SWAN. Some people have just been in the wrong environment to develop into who they really are. Can’t expect to act like an eagle when your only point of reference is a buzzard. We should consider this when we’re about to be heavy handed with our judgements.
