Police Issue Citation To Church For “Excessive Noise” On Mothers Day

 

 

The devil decided to rear its ugly head again at the Glorious Church. On (Sunday May 13th) Mother’s Day the Raleigh Police Department was dispatched to the church giving us a civil nuisance party/noise violation during our 11am worship service due to several 911 calls from a particular neighbor.

I thought 911 is to be used in the case of life threatening situations (murder, rape, domestic violence, etc), has the church become “life threatening” in that sense?

The citation clearly states for “irregular and/or unnecessary noise” Wow…since when did worship become irregular and/or unnecessary?

Saints we can no longer stand idly by and let the unsaved tell “US” the church, that we can NOT have worship. WE, the Glorious Church will not stand for such wickedness. Stand with us in prayer, on June 5th, when we address city council regarding this matter.
