If people are talking about you, it means you’re doing something worth discussing. Whether they are singing your praises or scandalizing your name, if they are talking, it means that you are not in the middle of the road. Middle of the road people do JUST enough. They’re average. They are the top of the bottom and the bottom of the top. Nothing really about them really stands out. You will NOT find ANYONE that has real effectiveness who is cool with being average. The greatness in you requires that you be bold in pursuing your dreams or assignments. Everybody won’t like that, but then again everybody doesn’t have the vision God gave you. Of course diplomacy has its place, but be unapologetic about your passions. It will pay off in the end. And if they are talking, it means you’re giving them something to talk about.
Revelation 3:15,16 – I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
