Dottie People is getting ready to cut a new live CD. She’s says “We’re be doing the recording possibly in September, but definitely early Fall at New Birth Baptist Church with Bishop Eddie Long.” As for special guests, Peoples says, she will make that announcement later.
In the meanwhile, Dottie continues to meet many of her fans while on the road and while spending time at her boutique in Atlanta, called Dottie’s Place!
Even more recently, Dottie made a cameo appearance in the stage play “Loving Him is Killing Me,” in Brooklyn, NY. The production was written by Theo London, and also featured Angie Stone, Nene Leaks from Atlanta Housewives and Leon from the Heart Beats and Lenny Williams, who sings “Because I Love You.”
