All of the indicted Atlanta Public Schools educators have reported to the Fulton County Jail and have been processed, including former APS Superintendent Dr. Beverly Hall.

WSB TV captured footage of Dr. Hall as she left jail after posting bond. She is accused of racketeering, theft and more. Hall is one of 35 APS employees named in an indictment brought against them for their involvement in the APS cheating scandal that has rocked the district as well as the nation.

Hall’s lead lawyer says she is innocent of the charges, and Hall has previously said she had no knowledge of the cheating scandal.

Dr. Hall was once named the nation’s school superintendent of the year.

The cheating scandal stems from a scathing 800-page report by state investigators that outlined a pervasive pattern of cheating at 44 Atlanta schools and involved 178 educators.
